Case to Counsel is a lead-generation service for attorneys. We run the marketing, take the intakes, and route each case to one partner attorney — your exclusive legal partner. When a case comes in for your territory, it comes to you first. You decide whether to claim it. Nobody else in your county gets the call.

You — the exclusive legal partner — get it first, with 30 minutes to claim it.
You pay the per-case fee when you claim. Refer it on or pass it later, the claim stands — that is what keeps territories honest.
Unclaimed cases go to the statewide board, where any partner in that state can claim them. Your territory is protected; the board is extra reach.
Covers November AND December — your second month is on us. Regular billing of $99/month starts in January. Memberships bill on the 1st or 15th by join date, due by the 5th / 20th.
No claim, no fee — ever. You review every intake from your territory first and pay only for the cases you choose to take.
One partner per county. If a membership lapses past its due date, the territory opens — and it goes to the next attorney in line.
No per-case fee is ever charged for a case you don't claim.
